SKINNY GREEN COFFEE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The competition opens on 28/07/2017 and ends at 11:59 pm on 25/09/2017.
To enter – a purchase of the Skinny Green Coffee product needs to be made via the Futurethis website. Your details and information will be captured via the order form and automatically entered into the competition.
Should the purchase of the Skinny Green Coffee product be cancelled – the entrance into the competition will become null and void.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address they provide upon ordering are valid and correct.
The Prize is the choice of a Fitbit Alta HR OR a 10 class package with SWEAT 1000, for one winner only. The Prize of the Fitbit Alta HR (should it be chosen) may vary from the image shown due to availability.
The Prize is non-transferable and the winner is not entitled to a cash alternative. However, Futurethis reserves the right to offer a cash alternative if for any reason the Prize is no longer available or suitable.
Entrants must be resident in South Africa and if aged 18 or under must have permission from an adult to enter. Futurethis and SWEAT 1000 employees are excluded from participation.
The winner will be selected at random on 30/09/2017 and shall be notified by email and valid contact number as well as posted onto Futurethis’ social platforms.
If the winner fails to provide an address / valid email address for delivery of the Prize within one calendar month of notification of their win or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the we reserve the right to disqualify the winner (without further liability to the winner) and offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant.
The winner may be included in publicity material, and by entering into this competition, entrants agree to their name and image being used by us for publicity purposes in the event that they win.
